For this album cover I used the "no profile" photo and then made some patterns on art rage and put them behind the profile. I also chose the name "Neon Observer" because one time when I was buying concert tickets there was a code I had to enter and it was neon observer and I thought "oh, that would be a cool band name." so now it is.

Create an Album Cover...
